By accessing or using the Tel Aviv Walks website at telavivwalks.com (the “Site”), operated by Attractions4Us LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms are governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, the Israeli Contracts (General Part) Law, 5733-1973, and applicable Israeli legislation. For EU consumers, additional protections under Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the GDPR also apply.

Tel Aviv Walks provides an online platform for browsing, selecting, and booking guided tours, food tours, walking tours, beach activities, and related travel services in Tel Aviv, Israel, and the surrounding region. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party tour operators and service providers (the “Operators”).

The contract for the delivery of each tour or experience is formed directly between you and the relevant Operator.

In accordance with Israeli consumer protection regulations:

• Submitting a booking request constitutes an offer. The contract is formed when you receive a booking confirmation email.
• Prior to booking, you will be provided with the total price (including all taxes and fees), the main characteristics of the service, and applicable cancellation terms.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including participant names and contact details.
• Booking confirmations are sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to verify all booking details upon receipt.

All prices displayed on our Site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes.

• Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
• We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified providers.
• No hidden surcharges will be applied. Currency conversion fees are levied by your bank and are outside our control.
• We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors prior to booking confirmation.

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (Section 14C), for distance transactions (including online bookings), consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of the transaction or receipt of the service confirmation, whichever is later, provided the cancellation is made at least 7 working days before the service date. A cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) may be charged.

Additional voluntary cancellation terms may be more generous than the statutory minimum and are displayed on the tour detail page before booking.

Cancellation policies vary by tour and Operator. General guidelines:

• Free cancellation: Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24–72 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Late cancellations: Cancellations made after the free cancellation window may be subject to partial or full charges.
• No-shows: Failure to appear at the designated meeting point is not eligible for a refund.
• Operator cancellations: If an Operator cancels due to weather, safety, or operational reasons, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

• You are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time with any required documents.
• Certain tours may have age restrictions, physical fitness requirements, or dress codes (e.g., covered shoulders for religious sites in Jerusalem).
• Operators reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves disruptively.
• You participate in all tours and activities at your own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Tel Aviv Walks and Attractions4Us LLC act as an intermediary and are not the direct provider of tours and experiences.

• We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of Operators.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Israeli or international law.

All content on our Site is the property of Attractions4Us LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

For EU consumers, disputes may be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the consumer’s place of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Neither we nor the Operators shall be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, military operations, strikes, or disruptions to transportation or IT infrastructure. Affected bookings will be rescheduled or refunded in full.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply retroactively to bookings already confirmed.
